Welcome to PMF Automotive GmbH.
We are your reliable partner for exterior bodywork and repairs. Our company has its own 2,000 m² rework center, two large finishing booths with a total of 60 workstations operating in three shifts, and corresponding logistics facilities. Furthermore, we are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV Rheinland.
PMF is a specialized player in the automotive industry that doesn't directly target end consumers but plays a crucial role in the automotive manufacturers' supply chain. Our focus is on machining components for car body construction. Our services range from individual parts to fully assembled car bodies. Through our expertise and contributions, we are an indispensable partner for automotive manufacturers who rely on high-quality, precision-manufactured components.
Our services
What we can do for you:
Exterior skin treatment
Removal of pimples, dents, bumps, scratches, sink marks and waviness to improve or restore the outer surface of vehicle bodies / individual parts (hoods, side panels, fenders, tailgates etc.) - in accordance with quality standards.
Bodywork
Enlarging punched holes, deburring, welding and sheet metal work to correct individual parts or on the bodywork.
Audit
Thanks to our 100% outgoing goods inspection in our audit and testing rooms, we easily meet the high quality standards of our valued customers. Here, even the smallest surface defect is detected using honing stones and visual inspection in a light-filled room.
Quality controls
We carry out external quality controls and sorting work for you in our specially equipped test booths according to customer specifications and defect catalogs.
Device construction
Fixture construction encompasses the design and manufacture of specialized tools, fixtures and supports for optimizing and supporting manufacturing or assembly processes, as well as the maintenance of transport racks.
